1. General Provisions

• By using our website and booking tours, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• The company reserves the right to make changes to the tour program due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other reasonable circumstances.

• In case of route or program adjustments beyond our control, the company will offer alternative options without compromising the quality of services.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is considered confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the tour price has been received.

• Full payment must be made no later than 7-14 days before the tour start date.

• If payment is not made on time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Tour cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

• If the tour is canceled by the company, the client will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule the tour to another available date.

4. Liability

• Tour participants must follow all safety rules, guide instructions, and local laws.

• The company is not responsible for:

  • any damage caused by participant negligence or rule violations;

  • loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour;

  • non-compliance with visa or immigration requirements by the client.

• Clients are responsible for having all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, if required).

5. Force Majeure

• The company is not liable for tour cancellations or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • adverse weather conditions,

  • natural disasters,

  • emergencies or government restrictions.

6. Other Conditions

• All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
