2.3. Documents for service provision (if required): passport data, visa application forms (within the limits permitted by law).

2.5. Communications with support: e-mail or messenger correspondence.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1. Conclusion and execution of the contract (public offer), booking, and payment for tourist services.
3.2. Customer support, processing of inquiries and complaints.
3.3. Compliance with legal requirements (accounting, tax/financial audits).
3.4. Prevention of fraud and misuse.
3.5. Website analytics and service improvement (subject to consent for cookies, see Section 8).
4. Legal Grounds for Processing

6.2. Documents for visa or booking arrangements – until tour completion, unless otherwise required by law.
6.3. Technical logs – retained for a reasonable period necessary for security and issue resolution.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
7.1. Access to their personal data.
7.2. Rectification (update or correction) of data.
7.3. Withdrawal of consent and termination of processing based on consent.
7.4. Request for deletion of data upon achievement of processing purposes or expiry of retention periods, unless otherwise required by law.
